Who is Circuit Assist?

About me…

I am Rachel Circuit, a former Major Trauma Intensive Care Nurse with over 10 years of experience of stressful and life threatening situations PLUS 10+ years of administration and business development.

Ignoring my years in Major Trauma Intensive Care Nursing for a moment, I have 10 years in Business Development and Office Management, specialising in productivity and growth administration. (they’re good buzz words aren’t they! However they do mean something when it comes to your business and not having the time to be a ‘jack of all trades’).

I have now left my career within the NHS to return to my first passion of administration. I spent a decade gaining experience and knowledge in Business Administration, Office Management, The Principles of Administration and to top it off with a big juicy cherry is working for a leading UK Defence Company in Administration and Security.

Now I appreciate it looks like Intensive Care Nursing does not correlate to the world of being a Virtual Assistant and administration but they absolutely do and here’s how…

Number one only seems fitting to be ‘I Care’. I care about your family, business life, personal life, emotional wellbeing and advocate for your business success.

The second point is my ability to communicate with exceptional interpersonal skills. My communication as a Virtual Assistant is both verbal and non verbal, while having good listening skills and pay particular attention to detail.

I cannot exclude the adaptability and problem-solving aspects of both jobs. Nursing is ever adapting to the patient’s physiological presentation and altering the management plan accordingly and a VA is not much different. When working within Business Development the variables throwing a (very inconvenient) spanner in my plan kept my skills honed and organisation abilities finely tuned!  Problem solving is my passion. Be it difficult customers, emails that never seem to end or processes that need tending to, it is all forward stepping towards completing the task.

Finally, I absolutely have to include the legal right to confidentiality and ethics. Both professions require a strong commitment to both of these.

To sum up all of that in a lovely bow; I am a highly organised and efficient individual with excellent time management skills. I became a Virtual Assistant because I wanted to use my  development skills and experience to help individuals and business’ achieve their goals. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and I am always looking for new ways to use my skills to make a difference.

As your Virtual Assistant, I can offer a wide range of experience and services including; diary management, administrative support, data entry, email management, transcription for your clinic reports plus much more. I am available to provide on-demand support for you when you require assistance so you can can concentrate on the jobs that further your business.

If you are looking for a reliable, efficient, and results-oriented Virtual Assistant, I am the person for you. I am confident that I can help you achieve your goals and make your life easier.

Thank you for your time.
