Personal Assistant Services

Teaming up with a Medical VA/PA?

Now that’s a stroke of genius.

Let’s be honest, paperwork, scheduling, and admin weren’t what got you into this game and certainly are not the reasons to stay!! But I love admin, I spent 10+ in admin before my nursing and here we are now choosing it.

Hand over the fiddly bits, and I’ll keep your business ticking while you focus on what actually matters, your patients, your passion and making money!

More time for care, less time on chaos. Sound good? Thought so.

…and it starts with CONFIDENTIALITY

This is very simply a must, a non-negotiable.

Confidentiality is something I take seriously as I have had my own legal right to it breached.

In 2014 I was a patient, and a member of the ward staff sent a text message to my colleague - a friend of hers - informing them of my condition.
1) without my consent
2) without it being explained to me yet! This colleague then messaged informing ME!

My commitment to confidentiality is not just a promise, it is reinforced by industry standards and a comprehensive insurance policy. I understand the sensitive nature of healthcare information and prioritise it at every step.
